Italy is definitely the land of art and food.

PROBLEM  

In Italy, about 4 tons of food are thrown away every year and, according to research, the main reason is that it is "forgotten" and left to rot.   And even if in a different way, art is affected by the same fate, because 90% of artworks are not exposed to visitors and left to gather dust in the museum depots.

INSIGHT    

The artworks not exhibited are just like leftovers forgotten in the fridge.
